Joe, I called up my contacts in Goa to inquire about this case. It does not appear this case is going to go anywhere - unless ofcourse, Goans shake some trees.
I suspect two possibilities: 1. The cops have been bribed by the perpertrators - I think there is more than one person involved in the killing and the killers are known to the victim. 2. The family members of the victim do not want to dig deeper - as they already know the outcome that could result in exposing un-flaterring life style of the victim.
