It ties in nicely with several people who have said over the years that the Kashmir problem will never be solved, that it will be the flashpoint for a future major world conflict. For me at least it answers the question of why Kashmir has to be a thorn in India’s side. It was my impression that Indian intransigence was partly responsible for the situation.
