Christine Fair’s hour and a quarter’s  excellent analysis of why Kashmir, for 
Pakistan, is not a security war, but an ideological war.

It ties in nicely with several people who have said over the years that the 
Kashmir problem will never be solved, that it will be the flashpoint for a 
future major world conflict.

For me at least it answers the question of why Kashmir has to be a thorn in 
India’s side. It was my impression that Indian intransigence was partly 
responsible for the situation.

Christine Fair’s conclusion is that Pakistan has an openly sinister motive and 
has the US by the proverbial ba**s.
