The criticism of the Goa Tourism Master Plan should start with:
1. The new money being pumped into Goa's economy by the tourists.
2. The number of Goans directly employed by Tourism
3. The number of Goans indirectly employed by Tourism.
4. Ways and Means for Goa Govt to recoup tax now
Good Tourists come to Goa for exactly what they want to destroy.
