Dear Dr. Barad,

I am surprised at your accusation OF Congress led government. So what you are 
implying is that if  BJP was ruling this would not have happened? During BJP 
reign, all the beaches of Goa were free of Drugs? There were no foreign gangs 
on the beaches? 

Well foreign gangs may be a new concept for Goa, but than Drugs have been 
available since MGP times, and that was the time when Hippies landed in Goa, 
found Goa to be great and promoted it to their community. Well hippies still do 
come, but than for us, any white skin is a hippy. 

If you feel that the drug menace is because Congress is ruling Goa, than I am 
sure during the BJP reign, they must have banished all such vermin out of Goa, 
and they have come back now as Congress rules Goa. So if BJP could clean the 
beaches of Goa and make them free for all families like in early 60’s and 70’s 
than why come people don’t vote them for Power? If BJP is such a great party, 
who looks for the betterment of Goa, than why cant Goans in general look at it? 
It’s a great mystery, wish you could tell me why.

Doctor Anand. It seems that Scarlett's mom came to know more of the
politicians in Goa within six months, than all Goans who have been voting
for these ministers all these years. Isnt it strange? Or has she been
planning to be a citizen of our wonderful Goa, and than sit for elections? I
