Goa Su-Raj is in the process of installing its grass-root level system of
mass communication through establishing Constituency Working Committees
[CWCs].
Each Village in a Constituency shall be represented by a Village
Representative [VR] appointed by the Party from amongst various
life-members.
VRs shall appoint Ward Representatives [WRs], thus connecting the entire
Constituency with the Party.
VRs shall elect from amongst themselves a President and a Secretary.
The President of the CWC automatically qualifies for the Candidature for the
Assembly Elections with the Secretary filling-in as the Substitute
Candidate.
70% of the funds collected within the Constituency shall be rolled-back to
the CWC for funding its projects including financing of election campaigns
where candidates do not/cannot spend their own money. Projects could be
anything except religious in nature. The Party shall contest as many seats
in the Goa Legislative Assembly Elections as there are CWCs established,
basis: No CWC-No Contest.
Comprehensive Power Point Presentations of the Party, its stands and
procedures shall be conducted regularly at its office at 2nd. floor, Karekar
Bldg, Above Indian Overseas Bank, Angod, Mapusa for those who want to know
the Party first hand before signing-up as life members, wanting to make it
to the CWCs. Life Membership fees are fixed at Rs. 300/- inclusive of
laminated photo ID. Presentations shall also be conducted on demand at
Margao, Panjim, Vasco, Ponda, Bicholim and Pernem.
