DEALING WITH LAND SHARKS

The influx of foreigners in Goa as settlers is as reprehensible

As the recent law banning their purchase of land is sensible.

Since officials have been, they say, deeply involved,

They should be punished, if guilty, and not absolved.

Also, an independent inquiry into previous purchases is indispensable.
