Matanhy Saldanha dies of Massive Heart Attack early today 21.3.12
in my congratulatory message to him on 7th March, I also wrote him to let me
know new govt. swearing in ceremony..
On 15th March I got reply
'thank u, sorry saw your mail late, Matanhy Saldanha'.
that was his last mail to me
Very very unfortunate , shocking and Sad.
Goa and Goans surely will miss dear Matanhy so will his family and friends.
He was special thats why he wanted special status for Goa. God has HIS
plans. We may never know or understand.
Prayers that his soul may rest in peace
