Hats off to Palanivel Thiagarajan for having the guts to put a Goa minister in his place - referring to him as an 'empty vessel. I think the people of Goa should thank this fearless politician who obviously has their interests at heart. Thanks VM for putting this story out. I hope Goa's C.M. takes note.
