It is a good move that the government has decided to teach Traffic Regulations and Safety in Schools and Colleges. But will just that suffice? We need to groom children from young in other virtues that will aid them in understanding the necessity of respecting Traffic Regulations and Safety. We need to teach children first personal, home and environment HYGIENE. Then Manners, etiquettes, respect and humility. That will groom children to respect Laws, Rules, and rights of other citizens. Only then they will realise that Laws are there to live as civilized citizens; unlike the arrogance and rage we see everywhere nowadays. It has rightly been said: "If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people." This all looks good on paper.
