(GT) ------------------------------------------------------------------- National news ------------------------------------------------------------------- DAMAGED CESSNA: Photo shows a badly damaged Cessna 340 airplane lying in the Jakkur Lake in Bangalore on Sunday. Belonging to Agni Aviation, the aircraft was being used in a cloud-seeding operation (to generate rainfall) when it faced technical difficulties and crash-landed into the lake. Pilots manoeuvered the plan away from Jakkur village, averting a major travedy. Both pilots were admitted to a local hospital. It was the culture of Goa, and some 50,000 people are involved in football, he said. Leitao claimed football is the second-largest employer after the mining industry and a bigger employer than tourism! You can use any store bought sweet & sour sauce to use as a dipping sauce and of course the only sauce that kids really like is "ketchup". Enjoy! If you have any questions, please write to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Chicken Bites 4 Chicken Breasts, boned, split, and, skin removed 1 cup Finely crushed round buttery crackers( about 24) 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1 tsp dried basil leaves 1 tsp dried thyme leaves 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted Cover two baking sheets with foil. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Mix cracker crumbs, cheese, walnuts, seasoned salt, thyme, basil and pepper. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces about 1/2 inch apart on baking sheets. Bake uncovered until golden.
