The story of a spouse or a loved one with Alzheimer’s is always a heart rending
one.
Seeing a once bright and happy person turning into a vegetable day by day in
your presence is enough to shatter your own well-being.
I wish the law allowed us to sit when in good health and sound mind and take
decisions that will be faithfully carried out, to have our lives ended to keep
our dignity that is as much a part of our lives as the need for happiness.
