Here's the steps I would take:
1. Download the recipe with 'GetRecipe [ProgramName]', which will
unpack it in /Files/Compiles/Recipes.
2. Create the file /F/C/R/[ProgramName]/[Ver]/Resources/Description by
using another recipe as an example, and enter whatever description you
like.
