I upgraded Expat to 2.0.0 because Firefox or one of its deps
wanted it, then Fontconfig started behaving strangely.
I checked its Dependencies file and it says Expat, so I tried
Compile Fontconfig to build one against Expat 2.0.0... but
now it fails at the make install, with the last few lines:

 /System/Links/Executables/install -c -m 644 ./fonts.conf
/Programs/Fontconfig/Settings/fonts/fonts.conf
 fc-cache/fc-cache -f -v
/System/Variable/tmp/.FiboSandbox8573/fc-cache/.libs/lt-fc-cache: relocation
error: /System/Variable/tmp/.FiboSandbox8573/fc-cache/.libs/lt-fc-cache:
undefined
symbol: FcConfigNormalizeFontDir
make[2]: *** [install-data-local] Error 127
make[2]: Leaving directory `/System/Variable/tmp/.FiboSandbox8573'
make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/System/Variable/tmp/.FiboSandbox8573'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
SandboxInstall: Installation failed.
Compile: Installation step failed.

Has anyone seen this before, can anyone reproduce it, or does
anyone have an idea how to fix it without downgrading Expat?

Oh, and is -devel or -users the best place for these sort of
questions? ;-) It's not really development of gobo's tools,
but it seems more technical than usual for a -users list.

Thanks in advance for any tips,
