[gobolinux-devel] Rules for submitting recipes for binary apps

After reviewing some recipes for binary apps, I realized that some steps are going to be required in order to accept them: 1) everything specific to a given architecture shall be inside its arch subdir. This includes url=, file=, file_md5=, file_size= and any functions dealing with specific tarbal
