Could you clarify a bit what your set-up looks like? Which computers have
which OS's, how are you attempting to connect, what have you installed, how
have you configured what you've installed, what messages or information are
you seeing, etc.?
Also, just for information in
The immediate work being done is to get all available billing data current
and available.
Once things are running smoothly we'll take a look at fixing these
historical issues.

For us the usage reports meanwhile got updated up until 7/12/16.
Strange thing though that we now have 4 usage reports for 7/1/16, out of
which 2 pairs show the same dollar amounts. Further, the usage history is
