Hi Steren,

Could you please tell me if the feature is generally available for any 
language and not only Python?
I'm using Java and Gradle AppEngine Plugin 
<https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/app-gradle-plugin> to start the 
local dev server, is it possible to start the emulator at the same time?
