Last night as a test I left a task running over night (something I normally don't do) and this morning I discover my instance was no longer running and was unable to restart it - I got the attached notification.
I upgraded billing from the free tier to actual billing and was still unable to start. I've tried upgrading from an 8GB RAM, 2 x CPU to 16GB RAM, 4 x CPU) but the instance still won't restart. Do I need to wait 24 hours before the instance can be restarted?
