A possibility would be that your DNS configuration of your domain does not include the A / CNAME resource records or that they need to be updated. You may refer to this help article <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python/mapping-custom-domains> about it. Furthermore, to verify/troubleshoot/enable managed SSL certificates you may refer to this document <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python/securing-custom-domains-with-ssl#verify_a_managed_certificate_has_been_provisioned>.
