I try to install the plugin for eclipse through eclipse's install new software, however after it resolves dependencies and asks me to accept the license, it hangs at 4% during the install. Eclipse itself doesn't hang, but the install never moves past 4%. I've let it sit on the install for about an hour now, but no progress is ever made. Anyone else having this issue with eclipse and ubuntu 9.10?
