For java, class name has to be Solution and needs to be public.
Also, verify package dependency.

It works
Runtime error sometimes mean there is an issue with code and exception is
being thrown.
If it was output issue, then you would have got wrong answer as result.

Yeah I used it once 11 years ago. Some aspects of the syntax might have
been forgotten.
I use C# for work and I know their syntaces are somewhat similar. Don't
know the differences.

Guessing the error is in the out: you are adding a string to an integer.
This works in JavaScript but not in most languages. Which language are you
using?
