People, if you're going to participate in google code jam, you probably need to
know, that google is famous of their search engine
It is really wonderful, instead of asking someone and waiting for a long time
you can just do the following things:
1. Open site google.com (remember this address)
As for rules, both another competitors and jury must be able to produce your
output using your code.
So I guess the answer is definitely yes, you can.
In most cases people will only read your code to understand what algorithm have
you used, hardly anybody is going to atually run your program.
