Page provides only binaries and does not contribute toward the development of a project. It also implies that it is associated with the project whose binaries it is distributing (which I can promise you it is not). Page is an obvious attempt to generate personal revenue from the work of others with adf.ly links all over the place. Actual developers see none of the "profit" from this and do not approve of the use of their project in an obvious cash-grab effort.
