Re: No source code - algo-trader!

2016-04-29 Thread inphlection
Hi Tim,

I downloaded a version of AlgoTrader from
https://github.com/curtiszimmerman/AlgoTrader but this seems to be quite
old (4 years ago). In the git, someone filed a DMCA counter notice to
maintain the open source status.
Anyhow, I am reaching out to you to ask if you could share the version you
are using (I assume you are using what you downloaded last year). My email
is inphlection at gmail.com .

Thank you for your help,

Regards,
-Fabio

Re: No source code - algo-trader!

2016-04-29 Thread inphlection
Hello All,

I downloaded the AlgoTrader from:
https://github.com/curtiszimmerman/AlgoTrader

I downloaded the documentation from
the http://doc.algotrader.ch/pdf/AlgoTraderDocumentation.pdf
and it indeed has a lot of dependencies.

I am wondering if any of you were able to install and to make it run ok?

Thanks,
-Fabio

I cant see any source code. I checked their website and their is no
mention of any source code there as well.
However, they are very eager to put "open source" in almost all their
 marketing materials!

Am I missing something or this is a fake project? (if so please take it
down as it pretends to be open source)

 thanks

Project feeds stopped working on exempted projects (ie Android)

2016-04-29 Thread Howard B
The project feeds on the Android project stopped working a week ago. Using
the url https://code.google.com/feeds/p/android/issueupdates/basic the feed
shows the same content from 22nd April.

Can anyone say if this is another part of code.google.com shutting down and
never working again, or just a blip that someone hasn't noticed/fixed yet?
