does anyone think i could email google or somthing to block redirections
from certin sites (adf.ly) to specific pages on my project?

I don't know anything about adf.ly, but I'd guess there's nothing you can
do to stop this other link from linking to your project. In general there's
nothing you can do to stop someone, anyone, from linking to anything they
want.

I have an adf.ly link to my project home page that i use to promote it
which has gotten about 200 views. Using google analytics i found out
that there is another adfly link going to my project page (i know it
isnt mine because it goes to the download list, not the home page) and
it has gotten about
