As long as your code is open source (and otherwise complies with the terms
of service), you're free to host it here. No one else can commit code to
your repository without a project owner giving him/her permission. Of
course, if someone reports issues or sends you patches, my opinion is that
you'd be wise to pay attention, but you're free to ignore them.
