Looks like if a file is too long we won't show the online editor,
presumably because it's too stressful on the browser. This file doesn't
look to be longer than the limit though, so I'm not exactly sure what's
happening. This may be a bug, I'll look into it further.

The link will appear on text files that it makes sense to edit in the text
editor. You won't see a link to edit
