Your account was banned for using Google Code for generic file hosting, in violation of the Terms of Service. Because you were hosting files unrelated to your project/non-open-source files in your projects. Google Code is not a generic file hosting platform, and your use was in violation of the terms of service that you accepted when creating your projects. Therefore, you were banned.
