[visualization-api] Change the position of charts

[visualization-api] Exact maxValue in a column chart

I need to make a column chart with a max value of 50,000 but when i set vAxis.maxValue to 5 it shows up with a max of 60,000. Is there anyway I can set the maxValue to exactly 50,000. By the way this chart will just have one bar with a value that is below 50,000 -- You received this message

[visualization-api] Motion chart not working on Mac?
