For "how-to" stuff contact Google Support. You can talk with them by phone
- there's an option for them to call you.
If it's a glitch in the program, you need to use the feedback option. You
can add a screenshot and even highlight the problem area.

The problem is fixed for me as well but a colleague who did not have this
