I might have found a bug on custom tooltips. As you can see, for small
groups (the ones where the there is not
The issue 1 seems to be due to annotations. When I disabled them, all
custom tooltips are rendered.

With Google *stacked* column/bar charts, is there a way to display the
value on each group like that :
