[visualization-api] Chart editor error when using scatter charts with tooltips

Hi, I have an issue with the chart editor. If we have a scatter chart with a string column configured as tooltip, the chart editor says my data is not correct for scatter charts. However it works fine if the column for the tooltip is a boolean or number column. We have the same problem in both
