Is anybody aware of browser-specific limitations on the length of text in a textarea? I have reports from some users that their text is truncated after they have pasted it from a TinyMCE instance back into a GWT textarea. My suspect would be IE but I have not got a reply from the user yet.
On a related question, I noticed that textarea widget has only the getText method. I recall from Javascript books that the textarea element could return its contents in chunks (2kB as I recall) as a list of elements.
