Hi,
I needed to pass a Date value to a servlet via RequestBuilder and the
way I found to avoid parse exceptions was:
At the client:
RequestBuilder rb = new RequestBuilder(RequestBuilder.GET,
GWT.getModuleBaseURL()
+"texto?data_inicial="+
URL.encodeComponent(Long.toString(db.getValue().getTime())) );
At the server:
Date dt = new Date(Long.parseLong(req.getParameter("data_inicial")));
Do you have a better aproach or comments on this ?
