Hi,
I was having the same problem and found solution.
1. Go to Run configurations.
2. Classpath
3. Add mail.jar from your WEB-INF\lib to the Bootstrap entries
4. Make it first.
Thats it.
If that doesn't help, also try to add activation.jar.
