Thanks for reporting this issue. This was a bogus download, so I
removed it.
There's no link to that file from the Developer Guide (only to
Tutorial-Contact.zip and Tutorial-Contact2.zip).
The file Tutorial-Contact2.zip covers both 2.0 and 2.1
