I also have this problem with FireFox.
For Google Chrome, besides the plugin is available, after download and
install you try to reload the page and then Chrome ask to install the
plugin again. Seems that the plugin is corrupt.

Can't run in dev mode on Chrome (Windows 7) anymore. Says that Development
Mode requires the Google Web Toolkit Developer Plugin but plugin is already
