We just switched to GWT 2.0 and are using Development Mode. Our
application is hosted by WebLogic, so we are not using the AppEngine
in development mode. If we're on a page that is hosting a gwt widget,
we append the "&gwt.codesvr=127.0.0.1:9997" to the url and refresh the
page and we're in business with development mode. Whenever we switch
to a new page, however, we have to re-enter the gwt.code... suffix and
refresh the page. Some pages cannot be refreshed correctly because
the initialization data is not included on a refresh. Is there a
trick to retaining the gwt.code... url suffix from page to page?

Thanks,
Joe
