Mail-Archive now has support for language localization. As far as the code is concerned, "English is just another language."
I expanded the i18n/l10n code to include both the HTML pages and the search engine. At this point, English and French are supported, and translators are invited to help with other languages. (It's easy.) Instructions are included in the FAQ. Please let me know if there are any issues.
