The bulk of KUMC's glucose data (100K+ patients) seems to be mapped to 2340-8.
You're sure you want to exclude it?
The only intersection between the remaining codes and what's used at KUMC is
2339-0 (6K patients).

Yes except the two glucose by test strip (below) should be removed. Jim, I
noticed this after our conversation but to be consistent with removing glucose
by finger stick, I removed these.
