DCQA results

I have been spending substantial time on updating the lab_normals ranges in 
CDMV51.LAB_RESULT_CM, specifically populating fields
NORM_RANGE_LOW
NORM_MODIFIER_LOW
NORM_RANGE_HIGH
NORM_MODIFIER_HIGH
which I have fully populated in 51% of our lab test results and DCQA data check 
3.10 came back worse at  4% compliance!

Please point me to the specific SAS code for these criteria as I am mystified 
as to what DROC is analyzing in this data quality review.
