That would be great. Thank you. Will send the email now.

Send to this: gpc-dev@listserv.kumc.edu<mailto:gpc-dev@listserv.kumc.edu>

And likely the sooner the better on that one, as Dan usually sends out the
agenda midday on Monday.

Do you want me to let Dan know you’re sending an inquiry and would like to
circle back tomorrow, time permitting?

Thanks, Brittany. I'll try to hit two birds with one stone in the dev team
email by addressing our GPC ADAPTABLE internal call needs (meeting invite to
follow in an hour) and the tentative GPC-CAPriCORN call. Yes, I can attend the
11AM call tomorrow.

I send the e-mail to
dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu<mailto:dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu>, correct?

Thanks so much for all your help.

Yes, I agree. Well, we can def discuss it Wednesday morning as follow up to
any email you sent today/tomorrow.

Dan has yet to send the Dev agenda. You can email the dev team today and then
maybe address it tomorrow? Are you able to attend the dev call tomorrow morning
at 11?

(FYI, I also work with Charon on the Next-D project.)

Hi Brittany,

No, unfortunately it's a different call. DCRI has requested that we sit in on
a discussion session with CAPriCORN to discuss challenges, successes, etc.

The last call wasn't extremely helpful. They're looking for us to direct more
of the conversation so I'm trying to garner GPC-wide ideas...so many calls, so
little time...

Hi Lena,

I would say the PM and dev listervs would be best?

Is this regarding the same call you referenced in your email last night to the
adaptable listserv?

Would you please also include me on the invite? I’ll make it if I can.

Thanks!

Brittany

Hi Brittany,

I'm attempting to set up a call between GPC and CAPriCORN. We have only had one
call (to establish what these collaborative calls would look like), and I'm
thinking it would be a good idea to have PMs and dev members give their input
on what they'd like to hear. Do you think this would best be delivered through
the adaptable listserv, or PM and dev team listservs?

They're trying to keep the calls small, FYI.

Best,
Lena

Hi Lena,

I spoke to the CAPriCORN team today and they would like to set up another call
for next week or early the following week.

Could you send me the availability of your team so I can match up for everyone?
Also- if you have specific topics you want to review during the call let me
know. We won’t have a formal agenda since these are meant to be calls for you
so it is whatever you want to discuss.

Best,

Holly

Thank you, Holly. Do you have any dates you're currently looking at based on
responses from CAPriCORN?

Hi Lena,

These would be geared towards operations for Adaptable so the Adaptable PI and
then key individuals for your operations/data team. We want to keep the group
small so we can have productive exchanges of ideas. The PIs do not have to
attend unless they want to but they are definitely invited to attend.

Holly

Hi Holly,

Are these calls intended to include Gary and Kamal (our CDRNs co-PIs)?

If so, I will work with their assistants to get a few dates. Do you have any
you are currently looking at for GPC/Capricorn?

Hi All,

I hope you all found the call this week helpful as you prepare for first
patient in! We would like to get a few more scheduled over the coming weeks.
As we mentioned on the call these will be very informal and primarily an
opportunity for you to ask questions and bounce around ideas in a smaller
environment. Can you let me know some dates/times for the coming weeks that
will work for some follow-up calls? Please feel free to include any key
participants at your sites as well.

Best,
Holly
