It does look like that link is broken, thanks for letting us know.
If you click on the Menu dropdown at the top of the page that says "Downloads"
you'll see a link to Fix Central that takes you to the right place.

I have opened a ticket for this problem to the support website admins. Hopefully they can resolve it soon. In the meantime, another way to find the level you want to download is to enter the specific version into the search field. The latest version of 4.2.3.x we have available for
I normally do is just go straight to Fix Central and navigate from there.
