This solved my issues in most areas.
Now I will probably add our Storage Management Group to local Administrators
group, this way we are able to use all strong utilities like subinacl etc,
and will be able to migrate to Spectrum Scale using robocopy with /ZB option
working properly.
mmnetverify is a new tool that aims to make it easier to identify network
problems.
Regarding bandwidth commands, in 4.2.2, there are two options:
mmnetverify bandwidth-node - [1 to 1] this will communicate from

In the old days of DDN 9900 and gpfs 3.4 I only had to run
mmcheckquota once a month, usually after the massive monthly purge.
I noticed that starting with the GSS and ESS appliances under 3.5 that
