4 different people here have downloaded the new wingrass installer. For all of
them, the mysys startup did not work. It flashes a couple of terminal-like
screens and exits.

right away but the installer is still posted - it would be really,
really great if the broken installer was removed - I get complaints

I believe Markus has the power to remove that binary. We should also

try with r.out.mat. AFAIU NumPy/SciPy is essentially an attempt
