Good point that I forgot to mention about the attribute manager. It takes several steps to get from a vector feature that you can see on a map to a place where you can edit its attributes. But maybe editing could be routed through attribute manager tools rather than query tools, with a separate

That makes some sense. Managing attributes in the digitizer works fine, but the attribute manager is klunky and currently buggy for this. In part, this is due to the behavior of the underlying table control it seems. So we have to right click and get a form to manage an attribute rather than
