Recently I noticed that I cannot export vector maps in PNG format using
`d.vect` and Cairo as the driver. There is no problem in exporting
vector maps in the BMP and PDF formats. Raster maps export just fine.
Any hints where the issue can be?

https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/issues. Can this redirection be reverted,
please? I need to be able to search GRASS trac tickets.
