The GRASS GIS PSC decided to migrate our translation platform to OSGeo
Weblate (https://weblate.osgeo.org/projects/grass-gis/) because this
open-source (GPLv3+) tool provides a seamless integration with GitHub
(e.g., aggregated auto-PR, auto-pull new messages, etc.)

It seems that the build process for Addons on MS Windows has stopped - again
(or is not regularly updated by design)?
E.g. r.boxplot is currently not available as an addon on MS Windows... But also
other addons, that were on github when addons were build are not part of the
logs. So there
