 There is something wrong with event handling for both measurement tools.
 It seems that final double click fires also an event of previously active
 tool. It's a minor annoyance, still a bug.

 Steps to reproduce:
  * Click on the Query tool;
  * Start the line/area measurement tool;
  * Measure a line/area;
  * Double click to finish.
 Result:
 A vector/raster query result dialog opens.

 Expected result: Measure tool is deactivated and no other actions are
 taken.

 GRASS version: 7.0.svn
 GRASS SVN Revision: 58952M
