It seems to be Mac related issue, as I can not reproduce it on my Gentoo box with recent develbranch6. Error comes from lib/db/dbmi_client/start.c line 325, where dup() call doesn't return 0. As I have no experience working with dup(), fork() and friends and also I have no access to Mac, no more
