[GRASS-dev] missing dependency on Ubuntu

Hi, I just installed GRASS7.8.2 from packages on Ubuntu bionic (18.04) and g.extension fails with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils.dir_util' It is confusing, because distutils are part of standard Python, but that particular import failed. I had to install python3-distutils package
